My name is Jevita Hamilton, and I have more than two decades of experience supporting my clients through therapy – including specialized EMDR treatment.

I became an EMDR therapist because I’ve seen how trauma affects individuals and communities, interrupting people from achieving their. EMDR allows people to work through painful memories at a pace that feels manageable.

I focus on creating a space where clients feel safe-enough to explore and release those experiences.

I also understand how trauma can be passed down through generations, especially in BIPOC communities, and how important it is to work through those layers of pain.
